No problems. If your purchase has been damaged in transit or proves faulty once opened, we'll send you a replacement as quickly as we can. Here's what you need to do:
This is something you would never get from a record store. If you buy one of our CDs, play it and decide you don't like it, we will refund your money if you return it within 14 days of receiving it.
All you have to do is place the CD in a mailing bag, send it back to us with a note explaining that you don't like it for whatever reason, and we will refund the purchase price - either by crediting your credit card or by some other means if this is not possible.
All credit card transaction on this website are handled on our behalf by PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
When you buy a CD from us, you are automatically transferred off this website to a totally secure section of the PayPal site, which uses state-of-the art encryption of all your personal and credit card details so that they cannot be read by any third party. PayPal then approves the transaction, the same way as if you were using your credit card in a shop.
We never see your credit card details. At our end, we simply get an email from PayPal saying the transaction has been approved with all your details and the like.
From there, we issue you with a receipt, slap whatever you've purchased into a bag and get it in the mail pronto. Your details are fully protected.
To be honest, you would be wasting your time and money if you did because there is little we can do to help at the moment. If this changes, we will make it clear here.
