These are some of the questions we get asked the most, so we though it might be an idea to get some answers up here. If they don't help, or if you have another query or whatever, please just get in touch and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.

What happens if I buy a CD from you and it turns up damaged?

No problems. If your purchase has been damaged in transit or proves faulty once opened, we'll send you a replacement as quickly as we can. Here's what you need to do:

  • Mail the damaged CD back to us within 14 days of receipt with a note giving your name, address, email, phone and receipt details.
  • We'll package up another one and mail it to you at no further cost

How does your 14-day return offer work?

This is something you would never get from a record store. If you buy one of our CDs, play it and decide you don't like it, we will refund your money if you return it within 14 days of receiving it.

All you have to do is place the CD in a mailing bag, send it back to us with a note explaining that you don't like it for whatever reason, and we will refund the purchase price - either by crediting your credit card or by some other means if this is not possible.

How do I know my credit card details will be safe?

All credit card transaction on this website are handled on our behalf by PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

When you buy a CD from us, you are automatically transferred off this website to a totally secure section of the PayPal site, which uses state-of-the art encryption of all your personal and credit card details so that they cannot be read by any third party. PayPal then approves the transaction, the same way as if you were using your credit card in a shop.

We never see your credit card details. At our end, we simply get an email from PayPal saying the transaction has been approved with all your details and the like.

From there, we issue you with a receipt, slap whatever you've purchased into a bag and get it in the mail pronto. Your details are fully protected.

Can we send you a demo CD?

To be honest, you would be wasting your time and money if you did because there is little we can do to help at the moment. If this changes, we will make it clear here.

But if you still want to send one even knowing that, go right ahead - we are always happy to have a listen.
