Hey, we've got some great news: Rich Webb and the Wallflowers are playing at 303, 303 High Street, Northcote in Melbourne on Sunday 18 July - 3pm-7pm - get down there.

Rich, Phil, George and David will be playing a great London show on 9 Dec as part of a great lineup that includes Chris Letcher, Victoria Hume, Michael Summers and Sarah Tonin.

Rich, Charlie, Loretta and Steve will be doing a set at the great rock-and-roll haunt The Espy Saturday May 9 as part of the launch party for Greek godess Joanne Xenidis' great new album Genesis.

Hey, we've got some good news on the gigging front: these dates in Germany are now locked in. Standby for the rest. At each, Rich will be with a full band including Phil Wakeman and Rosco Richardson on lead guitars, Chris Letcher on keys, George Savva-Georgiou on big bass and Dave Eugene Webb on drums. This is what's locked in so far:
Rich Webb will be doing an acoustic set at a charity music party on Sunday in Melbourne - it's called Cos Zyzer Zeso, entry is by donation and all proceeds go to Beyond Blue, the national initiative to help combat and address depression in the community.
The fund raising event is being held at Carni, 60 High Street, Preston, between 1pm and 11pm, and includes a heap of live bands and DJ sets - there's also a fund-raising sausage sizzle. Rich will be on around 4pm. Get down there - this is a great way to raise money for a very worthy cause.
We have just been invited to play at London's fabulous Clapham Grand, Clapham Junction on Friday 12 Oct. This is going to be one hell of a night - the band are coming off nine shows around Germany and Holland and are ready to pull down the ceiling of this classic venue.
Rich will be with the full line up of Phil Wakeman and Ross Richardson on guitars, George Georgiou on bass, David Eugene Webb on drums and Chris Letcher on keys, plus the very special Victoria Hume for two knockout duets.
The band hit the stage at 8.30pm, admission on the door is eight quid, but of you get in touch with us beforehand, it's six.

Brilliant Oz Rock showcase in the middle of rock-steady tres louche Berlin. Rich will be playing with a full band, including Rosco Richardson on lead, George Georgiou on bass and Dave 'Eugene' Webb on drums, and the Australian lineup on the night is tops.

Opening the evening will be Irish singer-songwriter Cormac Heron (8.15), who will be followed at 9.30 by legendary US guitarist Bob Rafkin (played on Tim Buckley albums and has a heap of top production credits). Rich will hit the stage at 10.30pm with the full band above for an extended set - and there may be a few other surprise guests.

Rich Webb will be at The Spitz near Liverpool Street station on Friday night for what promises to be a cracking show to open up with in London. He will be with a firing band comprising Ross Richardson on guitar, George Georgiou on bass, and brother David Eugene Webb on drums. They will also be joined by the great Jo Larsson from Anorak Light on vocals for a few numbers.

It's a cracking venue this one, all the shows are free and they'll hit the stage around 8.30pm for two sets. Why not get down there early, fill up on some fine Cornish tucker and settle back for a cracking night of tunes.

Rich Webb will be at Brunswick's Retreat Hotel on Thursday, July 14 with the band. Rich, Charlie, Hughie and Ivan will be on for two sets from 10pm and it's free. But get down around 9ish because first up will be the very fine James Stewart doing a solo slot. Great drinking spot this one - it will be a top night. Rich Webb will be playing the closing night of the Fusion Multi-Arts Festival on Sunday May 30 along with many of the other acts that have been performing around Melbourne as part of this great event.
On Friday May 20, Rich will be at Stolberg's Cafe Gallery on the corner of Bell St and Plenty Rd in Preston. Then on Saturday May 21, Rich will be at The Old Colonial, 127 Brunswick St, Fitzroy.
It just gets better down at Fitzroy's Barbukka. Rich Webb will be down there on Saturday May 14 and Saturday May 28.
There's been a shuffle in the dates down at Ding Dong and Rich will now be there on Wednesday April 6 and not on Mar 23. Ding Dong Lounge is at 18 Market Lane in the city. Tel (03) 9662 1020. Entry will be $6. More details to follow.
This one came out of the blue, but due to a late cancellation Rich took his acoustic guitar down to Ding Dong last night, for a 40-minute slot for the Kashmir evening. Also playing were Avenza, Ezekio, The Sure Shot Hunters and Nick Styles.
In March, that's Saturday 19th, and 26th and in April, the 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th.
Three more Rich Webb gigs at Barbukka to add to your diary. All of them are free and on each Rich will kick off the evening at 8pm.

There's been a shuffle - Jen Cloher is no longer playing as she's got a date supporting Frente's Angie Hart and Penny Ikinger will headline.

The benefit is to raise money to build an orphanage in Sri Lanka and will be compared by James Young.
This place works - the groove is easy, the PA's excellent and this is a tidy afternoon meeting spot.
Barbukka is at 271 Smith St, Fitzroy (Tel: (03) 9417 2877). Rich willl be playing two 50-minute sets, taking in tracks from Overboard as well as a few favourites from his earlier albums and some choice-cut Sunday afternoon drinking numbers.
Rich will be playing with lead and slide guitarist Mark Di Marzio, they'll hit the stage at around about 7pm, and it's free.

Rich will perform a one-off acoustic show at Kashmir on Wednesday 15th December. Admission is free and he will be onstage at 7.50 pm. This will be a special performance indeed and one of the few times you will be able to catch Rich without the band.
